There is a HUGE food focus in my programs. For good reason - most women really struggle when it comes to getting their nutrition right for them.

 

You will learn simple and sustainable changes that will be easy to carry through into your “everyday life” after the challenge.

 

Nutrition guidance from your Coach for the entire 8 weeks Education, learn about calories and macronutrients, how to keep it SO simple, learn strategies on how to be in a calorie deficit and feel satisfied so you can finally lose the excess weight and not feeling like you're starving.

 

Everything you need to know so you can implement this into your life easily without having to follow “fancy” meal plans and be in the kitchen for hours.

training

The training programs are set up in an easy to use app with videos.

 

You will be able to log your workouts and watch yourself progress throughout the 8 weeks as well as log your measurements, upload your progress photos and track your weight.

 

Beginner and intermediate options.

Weights and cardio workouts.

Choose how many times a week you can workout (3 - 5 is advisable for best results).

 

I show you the best exercises to maximise fat loss and body changes (toning up).

coaching and support

This is by far the most important part of the program.

 

This is not just about supplying you with a food plan and training program, that’s not what’s needed for your success.

 

Your Coaching calls will be held in Zoom with your Coach (Jade) on every call. Replays will be immediately available for those who cannot attend live.

 

Each call we will be working through different topics (education, hacks, challenges) that are relevant to your journey. You will be able to submit your questions and they will be answered on the call.

​

It’s Coaching, support and accountability. It’s building strategy and working through “life’s obstacles and distractions” because they will absolutely come up. It’s working through your fears, doubts and self sabotage.
